What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available depending on the schedule — just ask!

Is there parking available?

Yes! The Signature has an attached parking garage. Self-parking is $18/day and valet is also available. The garage connects directly to the tower lobby.

Are there resort fees?

No! Unlike most Strip properties, when you book our studio directly or through an OTA, there are zero resort fees. Pool, gym, WiFi, and spa access are all included.

How does self check-in work?

You'll receive a unique door code 3 days before arrival. Simply head to Tower 1, take the elevator to your floor, and enter your code. No front desk, no waiting in line.

Can I access the MGM Grand casino and restaurants?

Absolutely. The Signature connects to MGM Grand via a covered walkway. You have full access to all MGM Grand restaurants, shows, the casino floor, and shopping — all just a short walk through the connector.

Is the suite suitable for families?

The studio has one king bed and comfortably sleeps two adults. We can accommodate a small child with the pull-out sofa. For families needing more space, ask about our upgrade options.
